GREEN SMOOTHIE


For breakfast to start your wellness journey:


Blend Together:

  • 1 cup almond/coconut milk
  • 1 cup destemmed kale leaves or baby spinach
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes



HUMMUS WRAP


Hummus Wrap for Lunch


Roll up and Enjoy!!!

  • Whole grain wrap topped with 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup pepper strips
  • 1/2 cup cucumber strips
  • 1/4 cup carrot strips



SALMON


For dinner a Salmon Filet


  • Marinade a 4oz salmon filet with grape seed oil,
    honey and soy sauce
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Saute 1-2 cups of spinach leaves in olive oil, salt and garlic slices
  • cook 1/2 cup of brown rice or quinoa
  • Bon Appetit!!!
